OnlySIM Ltd., trading as “One-eSIM” (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operates the corporate website at https://www.1-esim.com and our platform services for business partners (the “Services”). This Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
This Policy covers only the corporate website and platform services. Our consumer webshop at https://www.only-sim.com has its own separate Privacy Policy.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
Depending on how you use the Services, we collect: contact and account details (name, email, phone, password); business details if you register or self-onboard as a partner (company name, address, website, region, industry); messages you send us, including through our website chat; usage and device data; approximate location (country-level, from network data — not precise GPS); and, if you take part in our partner referral program, referral-link and sign-up tracking data.
3. HOW WE USE IT
We use this data to run your account and the Services, process payments and refunds, respond to your inquiries, run the referral program, keep the platform secure and prevent fraud, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and — only with your consent — send marketing and set non-essential cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share data with the payment providers that process your transactions, the service providers who host and run our infrastructure, and Business Users where you’re an End Customer receiving service through them. We don’t sell personal data. We may also disclose data where required by law or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
5. WHERE YOUR DATA IS PROCESSED
We operate across multiple regions, so your data may be processed outside your home country. When we transfer data outside the EEA/UK or South Africa, we use legally required safeguards.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict certain uses, or (where applicable) receive a copy of it. If you’re in the EEA/UK, these rights come from the GDPR; if you’re in South Africa, from POPIA. 8. CHILDREN
The Services are for businesses and adults, consistent with the age requirement in our Terms and Conditions. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
